Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new vendor gets 7 days free with no card required. If you don't subscribe, you owe nothing and your shop link simply pauses.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by email to support@naijakash.com. Your shop stays live until the end of the period you've paid for; no further charges follow.

Refunds

• Double or erroneous charge: refunded in full within 7 working days of verification.
• Service failure: if the service is materially unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a paid month (excluding your own device/network issues), we refund or credit that month on request.
• Change of mind mid-month: the month runs to its end; we don't pro-rate, but no future charge occurs.

Refunds are returned through Paystack to the paying card/account. Contact support@naijakash.com with your payment reference (NK_...).

Customer purchases

Purchases from vendors are between you and the vendor — NaijaKash does not hold your money. For a problem with a vendor, contact them first; if you suspect fraud, use Report a shop.
