Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 July 2026 · Between you and Bamaja Integrated Online Services Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria.

1. The service

NaijaKash provides an AI shop assistant on a web link. She shows the vendor's products, answers customers, and forwards orders and customer contact details to the vendor's WhatsApp. NaijaKash does not receive, hold, confirm or transfer payments between customers and vendors; money matters are strictly between vendor and customer.

2. Honest assistant

The assistant never invents prices, never confirms that a payment has been received, only presents photos that exist in the shop's catalogue, and identifies herself as an AI when asked. In pharmacy-type shops she gives no medical advice, no diagnosis and no dosage; in financial-service shops she never requests PINs, OTPs, card details, passwords or BVN.

3. Vendor responsibilities & verification

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful content or goods; no harassment; no attempts to extract other users' data; no bots, scraping, or automated traffic against the service; no interference with security. Fair use: normal customer traffic is never limited; automated or extreme unusual usage may be rate-limited or suspended.

5. Fees

7-day free trial, then ₦5,000/month (vendors who joined on or before 31 October 2026 keep this launch price permanently). Fees are billed via Paystack. See Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not a party to any sale between vendor and customer and are not liable for vendor goods, services, or payment disputes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

7. Complaints

Write to support@naijakash.com with your order reference. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 7. Unresolved data-protection complaints may go to the NDPC.

8. Changes; governing law

We may update these terms with notice on this page. Nigerian law governs; courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
